Neurodiverse artist Mahlia Amatina has announced her newest art project inspired by Covid-19’s lockdown measures, entitled ‘The #Covid19Diaries’. The meditative practise involves taking 19 minutes each day to create a spontaneous line drawing reflective of Mahlia’s mood. This is conducted while listening to relaxing music, with a gong sound that starts and ends the session.
“With so much uncertainty with what’s going on and the consequent anxiety this has created, I wanted to have something concrete in my day to turn to”.
