Rymir Satterwaite Files Civil Rights Complaint with New Jersey District Court Alleging Fraud and Fraud on the Court along with Discrimination

March 24, 2022 - Rymir states that the 18 U.S. Code§ 1017 says it’s a federal offense to wrongfully seal documents that contain any perjured and fraudulent statements. Rymir believes his civil rights has been violated by the court of New Jersey. His complaint asserts that Court crimes occurred with fraudulent activities of fraud, fraud upon the court and perjury occurred in a High very High case that appears to tied to Jay Z.

These submitted allegations of fraud and fraud upon the court has no statute of limitation and there is a good faith basis for concluding that the court may have allowed parties to engage in a criminal conspiracy to defraud the United States. In this way, the conspiracy aims to obstruct and interfere with the proper functioning of the United States government.

Concealing the Mann Act appears to be the culprit in this case. The Mann Act involves an adult having sex with a minor while taking that person across State lines. Rymir was born to a minor mother at which the State should have assigned him a advocate or guardian who would serve his interest in courts. Not to mention the district attorney or like person will also pursue the allege perpetrator.

Fraud destroys the validity of everything into which it enters. Fraud vitiates everything.

This conduct by the State; through its agents, and arms to the state is rises to the level of an “enemy” to the constitution and constitutes the offenders as “oath breakers” to Rule of law.
Seriously culpable” and is “treason to the Constitution” occurred cover up the cover in fear of underlining case would be reviled regarding an adult having sex with a minor or the Mann Act.

This appears to be Class Action as multiple parties have stated these egregious acts must stop. See complaint for more details here. 1:22-cv-01639-NLH-SAK
