Dolipharm future pepite of the Healthech supports health innovation and the well-being of employees

Paris – 13th December, 2021 – The French new health-tech DOLIPHARM launched offers education, prevention and treatment solutions through an application, enabling companies to meet the challenges of absenteeism optimizing presentism while improving conditions for each employee.

Since employees are both the most important and the most fragile resource, acting on their health is a tremendous asset for companies in terms of competitiveness and loyalty.

Idea came up from Mariana Caillaud, founder of Dolipharm, with more than 10 years’ experience as a lobbyist for large CAC40 companies (Havas, Publicis, Carrefour Group) in France and abroad. It was there, as an employee of a large company, that she realized how difficult it was to combine any health-related activity with her professional life – and her private life… With busy days, she had to admit that her daily life was turned upside down at the slightest health-related step for her or her young children.; with all the loss of control and mental burden that entails…

It was this need to access health without disrupting her working day and her time with her family which gave her the idea to design what Dolipharm is today: a health program for employees. It includes a range of solutions on education, prevention and access to treatment.

“The health crisis has forced us to reinvent the way we work and to reposition health as a priority for companies and employees. Health has become a collective concern for each and every one of us”, Mrs Caillaud mentioned.

But this crisis is above all an accelerator of changes already well underway in occupational health. These new “patient-experts” are connected, read the internet and are committed to their health. According to last United Nations research, 86% of employees wanted their company to integrate prevention and health into its strategy in a sustainable way.

To cope with these developments, which are likely to continue after Covid-19, occupational health must be transformed. Dolipharm must be a player in this process and wants to act as a real facilitator, enabling companies to go even further in crucial areas such as education, prevention and access to treatment.

*Activity: health programs and medical concierge services in companies, offered via the Dolipharm mobile application.

* Business model: services financed by the employer and voluntary employee membership.

* Employer’s motivation: to build employee loyalty through value-added services, to reduce presentism and absenteeism, to develop a culture of prevention and screening in the company

* Core target population: executives with children working in groups of more than 500 employees (targets companies located in large cities or business centres)

* Use of the application: authentication the first time via the professional email address, then switching to the personal email address to guarantee the confidentiality of the employee’s use

Supporting growth with an engaging and responsible approach through Zero emission and responsible delivery.

As a CSR player, socio-environmental commitment is at the heart of our model. Pharmacy deliveries are made by couriers on cargo bikes. A partnership has been set up with Olvo, the cyclo-logistics cooperative. It guarantees express delivery of medicines with zero emissions, as well as a contractual framework for salaried delivery personnel.

Giveback: redistribution to the association of your choice.

Using Dolipharm also means supporting associations that have a positive impact on society and/or the environment. To do this, we have designed a points-based redistribution system linked to your use. Each use (ordering medication, health check, e-learning, etc.) is rewarded with a certain number of points. You can then allocate them in the form of substantial donations to the association of your choice among Dolipharm’s partner organizations

Recycling of medicines.

The company is involved in the entire life cycle of medicines. Recycling them helps to protect both your home and the environment. The health program includes the provision of collection boxes for used medicines in your company. Empty boxes of expired pharmaceutical products in boxes that are then collected regularly by Dolipharm teams.
