Vocalogy is a singing studio in Singapore that draws upon multi-disciplinary wellness practices to enhance mental, emotional and physical well-being. It was founded in 2006 by Ms Grace Ng Ee Wern, a former lawyer turned vocal educator, Jin Shin Jyutsu Physio-Philosophy practitioner and Clinical Hypnotherapist.
Our logo is the Flower of Being with seven petals representing: choice, direction, order, priorities, harmony, synergy and creation.
We operate within a well-being framework, being:
I. Promoting the learning of voice as a vehicle for transformative growth and self-awareness;
II. Enhancing mental, emotional and physical well-being; and
III. Cultivating individual strengths and personal motivations to promote wellbeing and learning.
Our methods incorporate Eastern and Western biopsychosocial modalities with functional voice work in a homeostasis-based pedagogy that works at the level of the brain and nerves.
We also offer Clinical Hypnotherapy in Singapore a separate practice to support our clients’ wellness as well as an online store to purchase wellness souvenirs for positive mental rehearsal.
Our work promotes the importance of training the heart as well as the mind, to instill creativity, compassion and courage within our students and their families by developing and enhancing physical, intellectual, relational and emotional skills that align with the principles and benefits of self-awareness grounded in deep self-knowledge.
About Grace Ng Ee Wern

Besides her Bachelors of Law degree (with Honours), Grace Ng also holds a professional certificate in Somatic Voicework, an Associate diploma in Voice Teaching from the London College of Music (ALCM (TD)), a Licentiate diploma in Speech & Drama Teaching (LLCM (TD)), and two Licentiate diplomas in Piano Performance.
Her Holistic Healing qualifications are certification in Jin Shin Jyutsu Physio-Philosophy practice in teaching and an Advanced Certificate in Clinical Hypnotherapy from the London College of Clinical Hypnosis. She has attended many workshops on the body such as ‘Brain-based Fitness’ (BodyHack) and ‘Explain Pain’ (NOI Group) both overseas and in Singapore. Her area of interest is drug-free pain management.*
