Feed The People Jax Inc. Honored as the Charity of the Year

The annual Extraordinary People Awards, which will honor homeless veterans and the less fortunate, will be held later this month in downtown Jacksonville.

September 14, 2022, Brentwood, Tennessee – Feed the People Jax Inc. is pleased to announce that it has been named Charity of the Year, and that its founder and chairman, Dwayne S. Coley Sr., has been awarded the Leadership Award of the Year. The awards will be presented at the Extraordinary People's Awards on September 24, 2022, at 325 North Main Street in Jacksonville, FL.

"I build everything on my personal relationship with God & the power of togetherness we can overcome all things," said Coley.

Dwayne, a Marine Corps veteran who is disabled, created the program because of his own experience being homeless. He has received numerous awards from the Extraordinary People's Awards, including the Survivors Award in 2020, and has been recognized as a musician, author, caterer, and artist.

This year, hundreds of homeless veterans and the less fortunate were served by Feed the People Jax Inc. and Dwayne Coley. The remarkable aspect of charitable giving today is that there is a wide range of giving options available, allowing anyone to give to their local communities, charities, and causes they are passionate about.  It can be done either directly through conscious capitalism or indirectly through gifts of money, property, or investments, as well as through avenues that assist in advancing the causes of our society.

Coley and Feed the People Jax inspire others to take up humanitarian work by setting exemplary examples of their own. They also extend an invitation to everyone to the Extraordinary People Awards ceremony honoring homeless veterans and the less fortunate, partnering with Feed The People Jax Inc..
