How Did a $20 Million Company Fall Apart?

July 3, 2019 – Reporter and investigator Bobby Axelrod has been looking for information on the Alex Logistics company. While the company had $20 million in assets, there exists a significant concern over how the company managed to collapse so quickly.

Axelrod spent three months investigating the company and how it fell apart. As it turns out, the reason for the collapse came from the fraud committed by the company’s dispatchers. These include Serhii Marchenko, Nazar Parshev, Tarandeep “Troy” Singh and Helena “Gelena” Rubina.

The dispatchers were caught on camera at their company warehouse. They planned to steal a truckload of ELD lamps. This would help them to get a boost on their funds and to start up their own trucking companies possibly. The lamps were being sold on the black market as a means of raising funds in question.

The alarming discovery from Mr. Axelrod found that there are also some issues where Alex Logistics was working to avoid returning containers. The  rail ramps and drivers were HAULING Many drivers were dispatched by company dispatchers in 2018 to fake locations as a means of making it look as though they were putting in an extra amount of effort in their work. Many of these places were around the Chicago area with no real pattern involved.

The company's owners were unable to recover the losses that they had encountered in the process. They were charged more than $400,000 for the losses involved. This included charges from railroads and steamship lines that were responsible for handling many of the efforts that did not exist.

The final step has been taken by RTS Financial, a transportation factoring company which About $350,000 of cash were frozen and the company still not able to recover.

The owners were subjected to far too much drama, and questionable employees ended up doing more to destroy the company than anything.

The website for Alex Logistics is no longer operational. It is through the unfortunate activities found in the Axelrod investigation that the company has become a thing of the past. This is especially unfortunate, as the company has an immense amount of money to work with.

The company used to employ 140+ people.
