To advance its substantial entry into the Asian hospitality market, HEROWORKS participated in 'Travel Tech Asia 2024,' held from November 23 to 25 at the Marina Bay Sands Convention Center in Singapore. Through demonstrations of its hotel revenue management solution's multilingual system and one-on-one meetings, the company was able to identify new business opportunities with enterprises in Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, and other Asian regions. 'REVIE' is a hotel review management system developed based on positive feedback and additional feature requests for the review management functionality provided by HEROWORKS' 'DatAmenity.'
REVIE was developed by actively incorporating field needs, such as feedback and requests from hotel practitioners, from the planning to the pre-development stages. Utilizing HEROWORKS' proprietary generative AI models and language classification models, specialized for the hotel and tourism industry, REVIE offers all necessary functions for review management, including AI-generated automatic reply creation and analysis of the respective hotel and market.
REVIE's key features include 'AI-Based Automatic Generation of Review Replies,' 'Hotel Review Analysis,' and 'Comparison and Market Analysis of Reviews for Selected Hotels.' The AI-based automatic reply generation supports four languages: Korean, Japanese, English, and Chinese, and can generate replies in two tones: 'standard' and 'friendly.' Hotel review analysis visualizes frequently mentioned keywords, mention counts, and positivity levels over time in tables or graphs. When a hotel of interest is specified, it allows for comparative analysis with the hotel's own review data.
