Jay started singing from a very young age as his parents noticed he loved music, singing and dancing around the house, but it wasn’t until age 8 that he began taking vocal lessons from a former Motown recording artist, which sparked his interest in music even more. His first music single, “Fool For You” has been released to all platforms and he is currently working on new music and collaborations with other artists both local and national.

Jay can sing any genre, but his primary genre is R&B/pop/hip hop. His biggest inspirations are Earth, Wind and Fire, The Weeknd, Bruno Mars, Michael Jackson, Drake, Justin Bieber, NLE Choppa, XXX Tentacion, Notorious B.I.G., New Edition and more. Jay also is an actor, having been casted as an extra on a TV series and also has acted and sang on stage as an urban theater stage actor.

He models locally for a book publishing company and has experience as a freestyle dancer. He is constantly looking for new opportunities and ways to level up in the industry and is homeschooled with focus on vocal lessons, acting classes, hip hop dancing and keyboard/piano. Jay says to keep him on yo ur radar as he knows he will make it big someday.
