Quinten Flowers was born and raised in Riverside, California. He attended and graduated from Hillcrest High School in his hometown. He is a Track and Field athlete with his events being Triple Jump, Long Jump, and the 400 Meter sprint.

He currently attends Riverside Community College with a major in Computer Science. His main goal is to continue his athletic career and education at a Division 1 College while improving his skills in all of his events.

One of his biggest accomplishments would be being ranked 24th in the state of California in High School Men's Triple Jump, along with beating his high school Triple Jump record with a jump of 44 feet and 2.5 inches after only doing a said event for less than 2 months.

He inspires a lot of people and encourages them not to allow their failures to overtake their genuine potential, but to learn from them in order to become great people with vision.
