Brandon, MB––Jan 13, 2022: "Data corruption, Unbalanced Balance Sheet reports, slow performance and constant errors are just some of the effects of an overgrown file,” E-Tech’s John Rocha said.
The QuickBooks condense process condenses closed transactions into summary journal entries. If any list items are not used, they are deleted from QuickBooks. There are some transaction types the Condense operation will not remove. The SuperCondense service is an advanced version of the Condense feature where the size of the file would be reduced by 80% of the original file size, resulting in increased speed and transfer time.
What Intuit says about size limits is that a Pro/Premiere file should not exceed 150Mb and an Enterprise file, 1GB. QuickBooks Repair Pro’s SuperCondense service expels old data whereby the size of the file is deceased by as much as 80 percent. “The SuperCondense feature is an advanced version of the Condense feature in QuickBooks and has proven to have far more extensive results with both document size and the QuickBooks' pace,” _____ said.
With QuickBooks Pro, the maximum file size is recommended around 250 MB, while with Premier is 350MB and Enterprise is 1.25 GB.
The SuperCondense service from E-Tech will shrink the size of the file which would boost performance, offer stability and speed, while keeping the file under the 14,500 name limit for Pro/Premier. SuperCondense makes it easy to convert to QuickBooks Online and makes for the upgrade to newer versions quicker.
