1. Breakdown and maintenance of cutting torch and cutting nozzle
In the selection of accessories, it is recommended that users choose machine accessories provided by the manufacturer. After a long period of use, the sealing surface of the cutting torch is damaged and the seal is not tight with the cutting nozzle. At this time, special tools must be used for repair. In addition, the cutting torch also uses the standard fast cutting nozzle produced by a professional CNC flame cutting machine manufacturer, and the new cutting nozzle must be inspected before it can be used. If the cutting nozzle is blocked and contaminated, special tools must be used to clean the cutting oxygen channel.
2. Overhaul of flashback preventer
The flashback preventer is an important part to ensure the safety of flashback. According to safety requirements, the flashback arrestor is strictly prohibited to be disassembled without authorization. After the tempering preventer has been used for a long time, the gas path is blocked or leaks. Please contact the manufacturer for repair and replacement in time.
3. Overhaul of pressure reducing valve
For the fault maintenance of the pressure reducing valve, the pressure reducer should be adjusted first, and the pressure gauge should be adjusted to the pressure during normal operation. During the adjustment, the pressure should be increased from small to large. Pay attention to whether the pressure reducer of the CNC flame cutting machine can be continuously adjusted. If it is found that continuous adjustment is not possible or there is gas leakage from the pressure reducing valve, a new pressure reducer must be replaced, and the parts of the pressure reducer cannot be disassembled by oneself.
4. Failure maintenance of gas circuit system
There are two main aspects to the maintenance of the gas circuit of a common CNC flame cutting machine. In addition to the regular inspection of the gas system, the parts and pipelines that are found to be leaking and cannot be used should be treated in time to ensure that the gas path is unblocked; the gas path should also be wiped and cleaned frequently.
