- Launches Repayr (4 Wheeler Service) doorstep vehicle services

Hyderabad, 23 August, 2021: Repayr, a Hyderabad based doorstep vehicle service start-up, which is into the servicing of two-wheelers is expanding its services across India with their new initiative. The startup on Monday also launched its services to cover four-wheeler vehicles. Mr P Rama Koundinya, founder & CEO, Repayr ( Acceleron Technologiex Pvt. Ltd.) and Mr. PV Satya Prasad, MD Smart Labtech Pvt. Ltd launched the enhanced services in Balanagar, Hyderabad on Monday.
Repayr which brings multiple unorganized services into one single platform all over India, is headquartered and currently has its operation within Hyderabad since March 2020. Accordingly, the start-up designed an application based vehicle service platform, that provides flexible end-end services for any vehicle at doorstep as well as at nearby garages assisting our “Vehicle Doctors” and users simultaneously.
Repayr predominantly is working on providing a solution for all two-wheeler and four-wheeler maintenance. The current design of the platform enables users/ “Vehicle Doctors'' to utilise digital payments, real time tracking, order status, and scheduled services which are a few unique features compared to existing apps within the industry, thereby increasing the service quality as well as helping to nurture a bond between service provider and end customer by creating trust.
Speaking on the occasion, Founder & CEO, Repayr, P Rama Koundinya said “Majority of the services we performed for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers are based on customer references after physically witnessing their vehicle being serviced at their doorstep in front of them.” We have been getting frequent requests from people outside our current operational boundaries, who are interested in similar kinds of services, he added.
For that, we are excited and happy to announce that we introducing franchise based Repayr “Garage on Wheels” services which is not restricted only to periodic maintenance services but also include other services such as washing, internal and external detailing, breakdown, tyres/batteries for both two as well as four-wheelers. Shortly within the span of next few months we will be deploying our franchise based service models all over pan India, and we are already working with 20+ such people to expedite the process.
About increased services during Covid, P Rama Koundinya said after the introduction of doorstep services during first Covid lockdown in 2020 we have grown leaps and bounds are currently serving around 40-50 two-wheeler services a day accounting to 800-1000 two-wheeler services per month.
This time around we had another request from our existing two-wheeler customers who also own four-wheelers requesting us to explore possibilities of introducing four-wheeler doorstep services. As per their demand, we worked tirelessly during second wave and came up with a solution to introduce doorstep services for four-wheelers as well. Currently 2 months since its inception we were able to serve around 120-140 four-wheelers till date only within Hyderabad, P Rama Koundinya added.
