Company originally began as a business sustainability consultant and, today, also raises capital for new ventures and focuses on branding, marketing, and scaling small businesses.
Chicago, IL – Ryan Kolar is pleased to announce his award winning ARIISE organization has grown exponentially, splitting into three new companies.
Founded by Ryan Kolar in 2012, ARIISE began life as a business sustainability consultant, and helped its first three clients to grow an average of 378%. From there, it quickly morphed into a dual-pronged consultant and real estate investment company focused on technology and intellectual property creation.
“In 2017, after completing the most sustainable home in the United States, while creating patents with the technology, I learned I couldn’t scale because of how splintered construction regulatory bodies have become,” says Kolar. “However, with each of ARIISE’s subsidiaries needing to be independent to grow, I went back to the drawing board and redesigned my company.”
Kolar’s redesigned vision for his company was reformed as ARIISE Holdings in 2018, with the consulting work and equity fund being split into their own new companies. His previous ARIISE board was completely removed. The new ARIISE board of directors now includes Ed Rutledge of Urban Investment Research, Ted Wright of FIZZ fame, David Klusendorf of Typhon and John Iwanski of Riveron Consulting with two more spots to be named in the coming weeks.
ARIISE EQUITY now raises capital for new ventures, focusing on technology and infrastructure projects. Currently, it has raised a large portion of its 2019 $50M goal to invest in sustainable technology and social impact start-ups that improve the human condition. ARIISE EQUITY is about to launch its $100M 2020 goal, while seeking out new opportunities to bring to market.
ARIISE PARTNERS focuses on branding, marketing, and scaling small businesses both nationally and internationally, to aid those companies Kolar and his team deem in need of private support to strengthen and grow. Its current client roster includes startups as diverse as a non-biased insurance company for minorities, a transparent government fact-checking app, and bringing a natural alkaline freshwater source to market.

About the Company
Ryan Kolar is a retired architect and real estate developer who has used his Oxford and Kellogg educations to impact the free market by capitalizing on niches that big banks, venture capitalists, and larger funds ignore due to profitability and scaling issues.
Fed up with regulatory and financial institutions helping the wrong ideas, Kolar started ARIISE simply to bring sustainability awareness to the private market, but is currently helping clients form and scale companies in China, Mexico, India, Vietnam, and the Caribbean.
