Oakland Park, FL – June 4^th, 2019 - Rick Tobin of Premier Hotel Realty announced that Home Sweet Home, a 26 bed assisted living facility, was sold April 4^th to a local buyer, for $1,050,000. Home Sweet Home is located at 460 NW 40^th Court, nestled in the quaint community of  Oakland Park, Florida. Rick Tobin and Heather Diller of Premier Hotel Realty represented the buyer.

Home Sweet Home has been caring for people in the Oakland Park area for many years. A number of potential buyers were interested in the area because of the demographics. The new owner is excited to be upgrading and taking over operations of the facility.

The buyer sought out the help of Premier Hotel Realty to find just the right property in a South Florida community with high demand for quality elder care.
