A dynamic and dedicated philanthropreneur, Vidushii Luthra, the founder of Rudra Universe Spiritual Sciences, inspires the youth and women to achieve higher. A mother and a businesswoman, Vidushii embodies a model of passion, professionalism, selflessness and higher pursuit. Her twenty years of excellence and commitment in the social entrepreneurial horizon and spiritual space was applauded as she received the India Business Award 2019 for being an “Inspiring Philanthropist Entrepreneur for Spiritual Enlightenment & Empowering Women & Children”. The India Business Awards is a celebration of excellence where winners are true heroes who make a difference in real life. The award was bestowed upon her by the Bollywood actress Dia Mirza at hotel Taj in Bengaluru on 28^th April. The award ceremony was telecast on Zee Business News channel and the press releases were uploaded on various social networking websites. The Founder Director of Rudra Universe told us about her marvelous journey so far.

Since her childhood, Vidushii was experiencing spiritual guidance through visions from her guru, Shirdi Sai Baba. From being able to predict many world events to reading people’s lives, she had a childhood that stood apart from children of her age. Her quest for knowledge took her into reading the shastras and vedas at a very early age but her dissatisfaction took her to dargahs and temples filled with miracles.

Leaving aside a career of journalism and then entertainment, she stepped on to a journey unknown with just one mission - to take all individuals around her on a path to greater consciousness and help unburden their woes. Juggling between her role as a mother and wife, Vidushii did not let any barriers obstruct her path and she embarked upon the journey towards the Divine One by establishing Rudra Universe, a center for spiritual living.

“I consider it both my karma and divine intervention that I found a way in life to build a business around my passion”, says Vidushii. She not only started imparting spiritual education through programs for children through Rudra Ananda Gurukul and for women through Rudra Anandini but also parallely started offering services in Vedic Jyotish and Vastu which she says is based more on nature and panchatattawas than any books or systems astrologers resort to, “The divine though surpasses all sciences and studies and if you can surrender to that supreme element, nature supports you on your path”, she adds. She began directing her vision towards the tribal woman and got them to manufacture incense sticks which turned into a business model as well. “As an entrepreneur, I saw to it that while these sections of society got a vocation, we did business just like any other brand and we prospered as well. And that is how brand Sattva was born, with complete purity and brilliance, just like our pure fragrances and chemical free agarbattis.

 “This award is not for me but for My Lord, my  internal force that makes me strive for greater growth and peace and for souls who have helped me further my mission but this mission is not complete till I take others along with me into a zone which is beyond space and time. Only by going beyond all frontiers can we find our identity. And the journey starts with becoming physically fit, emotionally strong, psychologically balanced and socially inclined”. To explain this spirited stuff, she says her book Tattva Gyan is good to begin with. And we surely believe in good beginnings!
