GENEVA, Switzerland - August 11, 2026 - V Strategies Switzerland, a communications and digital strategy agency, has raised concerns regarding outstanding invoices for professional services provided to Biotricity Inc., a publicly traded medical technology company.

V Strategies states that it provided contracted communications, social media, digital marketing and executive-branding services to Biotricity and its leadership and that invoices for completed services remain outstanding despite repeated requests for payment.

The agency says the matter is supported by contracts, invoices and written correspondence between the parties. V Strategies has sought to resolve the outstanding balance directly and has maintained records of its communications concerning payment.

The dispute comes against the backdrop of a separate, publicly documented contractual action involving another Biotricity service provider.

In November 2023, IRTH Communications, LLC, an investor-relations firm that had worked with Biotricity, filed a complaint against Biotricity Inc. in the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles. The action, IRTH Communications, LLC v. Biotricity, Inc., Case No. 23STCV28057, asserted claims including breach of written contract, open book account, account stated, declaratory relief and quantum meruit https://trellis.law/doc/197254087/complaint .

According to the complaint, IRTH alleged that it had regularly invoiced Biotricity for fixed monthly fees of $7,500 and claimed that $97,431.23 remained unpaid under the parties’ agreement. The amount in controversy therefore substantially exceeded $25,000.

Court records subsequently show that IRTH sought a default judgment totaling $104,146.95, consisting of $97,431.23 in claimed damages together with interest, attorney’s fees and costs. In May 2024, the court denied that particular request without prejudice, identifying deficiencies in the submitted default-judgment package and indicating that the plaintiff could resubmit its request.

The IRTH litigation is separate from V Strategies Switzerland’s current payment dispute. V Strategies is not suggesting that the existence of one dispute establishes the merits of another. It is highlighting the earlier proceeding because it is a matter of public record involving allegations by another professional-services provider concerning payment under a contract with the same company. Biotricity itself publicly identified IRTH Communications as one of its investor-relations service providers in a 2018 corporate statement.

V Strategies Switzerland says its objective is straightforward: payment of legitimately issued invoices for services performed under its agreement.

“We have made repeated efforts to resolve this matter privately and professionally. Our position is supported by contracts, invoices and written communications. We believe businesses, including publicly traded companies, should honor their contractual payment obligations to the agencies and vendors that provide services to them.”

V Strategies believes commercial disagreements should wherever possible be resolved directly between the parties. However, where invoices remain outstanding despite repeated attempts at resolution, service providers are entitled to pursue the contractual and legal remedies available to them.
