A survey on young leaders in major cities led by MGR University MA Political Science student R Alagappan revealed some interesting things. Keshineni Swetha, a young woman from Vijayawada, is at the forefront in meeting people and getting to know people's problems. For the past two years, especially during the covid, Kesineni has interacted with thousands of families. She gave her mobile number to everyone whom she met and told them to contact her if there were any problems. The survey found that about 19,000 families had her phone number.

Following steps of her father MP Kesineni Srinivas who has been working in the same style. The MP's office set up a digital platform seven years ago itself under the name of Kesineni Bhavan and set up a mechanism for each constituency in their profile picture as a task force team to publish their mobile numbers on public platforms and bring the problem to their attention.

As per Locals they recruited about 200 young people during the Covid and gave them all safety kits to stay awake even at night and work shift-wise for any emergency services in the city.

Minority groups consider the MP and his daughter Shweta as a family member.

Another factor in the sensational decisions taken by Kesineni is that about 15 youths from different communities started a new race in politics by giving seats to 25-30 year olds.

He has been campaigning aggressively to make sure that new generation people won't face a defeat and will benefit TeluguDesam Party by giving a young leadership who will work tirelessly for next 30 years.

He wanted to make his daughter as mayor and with his personal relations he want to bring  TATA, Mahindra & Reliance to vijayawada and give the credit to his daughter who became as a mayor at very young age which will make her daughter look like as a dynamic leader in the state and country as well.
