09/09/20 - For those of us that have heard about, or are fans of ‘Jam-N-Da-Citi’, the stories of his name, upbringing, journey, and lifestyle have been elusive. More so for those that haven’t even heard of him at all. You might not know his name right off the bat but the Virginia born and raised artist has always been about the bigger picture.
On the verge of releasing his first trailblazing singles in early 2020, Jamndaciti is emerging as a true hip hop original. Born in New Orleans and raised in Virginia, Jam is no doubt a student of classic hip hop, the cinematic flair he brings to his productions is unlike anything that came before. Jam’s kaleidoscopic sound combines laid back jazz vibes with futuristic production, all tied together by an inimitable vocal delivery.
What truly separates Jam from the crowd, however, is his ability to explore deep philosophical topics that are rarely discussed in hip hop. Each track is filled with thought provoking lines that stick with listeners long after they listen. At only 24 years old, Jamndaciti represents a new generation of artists who are reinventing the way we perceive hip hop. If he continues at this rate, there is no telling how much he might accomplish.
Jam-N-Da-Citi began his journey as a poet before branching off into Rhythm and Poetry and Rhythm and Blues to express his words and intentions. Founder of The Spiritual World Order, his mission is to raise vibrations with music and give people a different outlook on life and reality itself.
