Shanghai Industrial Transformation and Upgrading Equity Investment co., LTD. is a government investment fund established by the Shanghai government, and part of the financial funds are transferred by the Shanghai economic and information technology commission into the "Shanghai industrial transformation and upgrading investment fund". Shanghai Information Investment Inc is a state-owned functional platform approved by the Shanghai government to accelerate the construction of Shanghai informatization and comprehensively improve the level of Shanghai city informatization.
