Body :
the thickness of the valve body of the WALTER water control valve is 7mm, mostly on the market is mostly 5.5mm. It is lightweight and can indeed reduce costs. Valve internal components
The internal components of water control valves are invisible, and the material of the internal pressure plate is often one of the important reasons for price differences. The selection of WALTER water control valves is SS304 internal parts, and many valve internal parts on the market are made of ductile iron. After a long time of use, problems such as medium corrosion, corrosion, aging, etc. arise one after another. If the internal parts are damaged, the valve must be opened, and it is not easy to replace them unless they are professionals.
Diaphragm
The diaphragm is the core of valve sealing, and the quality of the diaphragm determines the compressive and waterproof performance of the valve.
WALTER independently developed a bowl shaped EPDM diaphragm for water control valves, with a thickness of 1.8-2mm, which better fits the valve body under strong pressure and has a longer service life. It can withstand fatigue testing of 1 million. The diaphragms on the market are mostly flat rubber cut and cannot fully fit the valve body, making them prone to deformation, misalignment, or damage under strong pressure. The production cost of WALTER diaphragm is more than ten times that of ordinary diaphragm, and it can be used normally for 3-5 years.
Other Parts
WALTER pilot valve spring is a precision spring imported from Japan. This pilot valve spring is a main component that needs to work continuously according to pressure changes when opening the valve. It is difficult to replace after long-term use, so it must be the same as the diaphragm to ensure quality.
The filtering device of the WALTER water control valve uses a built-in self-cleaning filter, which differs from external filters on the market in that it can be cleaned independently. After the external filter becomes clogged, it must be shut down and the filter screen removed for cleaning, so that the valve cannot function properly.
Testing
The WALTER water control valve has a complete pressure testing pipeline for performance testing, but most water control valve manufacturers on the market do not have this testing capability, so they can only perform ordinary shell testing and sealing testing.
