First, put a large amount of waste tires to the pyrolysis reactor, After these preparations are completed, the reaction kettle of can be ignited and heated. The waste tires begin to crack into oil and gas under the action of high temperature. The oil and gas first pass through the buffer tank, and then the enter the condensation stage. The condensation stage is divided into three stages, vertical tube condenser, horizontal condenser and condensation tower. After the oil and gas is cooled, it will become fuel oil. The non-condensable combustible gas can directly heat the cracking reactor , and the excess exhaust gas can also be collected and stored for other industrial heating.
The refining technology of waste tires plays an important role in the treatment of waste tires. Through the treatment of the detailed technical process of waste tire oil refining, high-value products are obtained: pyrolysis oil, carbon black, steel wire, etc. Those end products can sell in the market and earn high profit
