New book to examine “Chronic inflammation: The Not-So-Silent Killer” and how to treat it

A new book, written by Dr. Mina Botros, D.C., explains the alarming dangers of chronic inflammation, how to identify if you are suffering from it, and, most importantly, how to treat it naturally.

“Chronic Inflammation: The Not-So-Silent Killer” details practical and proven ways to make the appropriate healthy lifestyle modifications and habits, using the same principles Dr. Mina uses with his patients to transform their lives.

Dr. Mina was recognized in 2018 as one of the “leading physicians of the world” and Top Doctor in his field by the International Association of Healthcare Professionals. A holistic doctor, he is both State and Nationally Board Certified.

Dr. Mina has used the information in this book to help countless people, empowering them to live their healthiest lives. He hopes that the book will allow him to help those who aren’t able to visit his Milwaukee, Wisconsin-area clinic.

“Chronic Inflammation” is written in an easy-to-understand style with practical steps that you can do after each chapter to bring you closer to your ideal health. But it is also a book that can aid doctors who are willing to try a more natural approach to combating some of the top disease we face in the United States.

His treatment philosophy is simple: detect the root cause of an issue and treat that rather than focusing on the symptoms. By doing this, Dr. Mina Botros’ holistic approach has helped people feel better, get healthier, and have more positive results without the use of drugs or surgery.

Dr. Mina said, “Our traditional understanding of diseases such as heart disease, Alzheimer’s, depression, anxiety, ADHD has been somewhat incomplete. Whereas we are traditionally taught to treat the symptoms, they all share a common cause, and when we treat that cause, the symptoms automatically resolve.”

“I want to raise the public’s understanding of how easy it is to be healthy, due to all the conflicting information out there, we have complicated a process that should quite literally be natural to us.”

“Chronic Inflammation: The Not-So-Silent Killer” is expected to be published this Winter.
